Leadership — YPCI

	Jared Luegers, President Jared is a second year board member and currently serves as the President of YPCI. Jared is an Associate Portfolio Manager for Goelzer Investment Management where he manages client accounts and serves as an analyst for their Growth and ESG funds. Jared is a 2014 graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he majored in Finance and Economic Consulting. Jared is a CFA charterholder and a board member on CFA Society of Indianapolis board. Jared resides in downtown Indianapolis. In his free time, he enjoys working on his physical fitness, researching personal investment opportunities, playing golf, and hanging out with friends.

	Jon Bucher, Treasurer Jon is in his second year as a Board Member, serving as the Treasurer. Jon is originally from Dayton, Ohio and moved to Indianapolis following graduation from The University of Dayton School of Law. He is also a graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington. Jon is an associate attorney with Schultz & Pogue, LLP, where he focuses his practice in the area of general liability defense. In addition to working with YPCI, Jon is a member of Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Defense Research Institute, and the Sagamore Inn of Court. In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing golf.

	John Harden, Technology John is a second-year board member, serving as the Tech Chair. He has been employed with Axia Technology Partners for the past eight years and is currently the principal software engineer, helping to develop and drive the direction of their core software offering, Kerauno. John is also on the advisory and curriculum board of Eleven Fifty Academy, where he serves as a mentor for students pursuing careers in technology. He studied computer sciences and business at Indiana University. Outside of work, John enjoys spending traveling, spending time with friends and family, networking in the Indianapolis community and constantly learning new technology.

	Malika Graham Butler, Networking & Partnerships Malika is a second year board member and serves on the Networking & Partnerships Team. Malika graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2015 where she pursued majors in Political Science and Spanish. Malika plans to pursue her MBA at the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI in August of 2018. Malika serves as a Government Affairs Professional with Gubera Public Affairs, LLC where she advocates for clients through effective strategies for the public policy process with the Indiana General Assembly. Malika is in the 2018 Indiana Leadership Forum class and an active member of Downtown GOP. In her spare time, Malika enjoys reading, yoga, adventures with her husband and their dog, Titan.

	Erika Kotterer, Networking & Partnerships Erika is a second year board member and serves on the Networking & Partnerships Team. She is the community manager for Kenzie Academy, a tech apprenticeship school in downtown Indianapolis. Erika is graduate University of South Carolina Upstate with a BA in History (2014) and of James Madison University with a MA in Political Science (2015). Outside of work, Erika spends her time with her dog Stella and discovering new restaurants around the city. On the weekends, you can catch Erika at brunch or frolicking around the city.

	Elizabeth Vincent, Networking & Partnerships, Secretary Elizabeth is a first year board member and serves on the Networking & Partnership Team and as Secretary. She is Associate Corporate Counsel at KAR Auction Services, Inc. and primarily advises on technology and transactions for the company’s digital service lines and enterprise optimization team. Prior to joining KAR Auction Services, Elizabeth started her legal career as a transactional attorney for Genesys (previously Interactive Intelligence) a communications and technology company. She received a B.A. in communications and political science from Anderson University in 2011 and a J.D. with a certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2014. In her free time, she enjoys networking events, trying new places, being on the water with friends and family, and being at the barn with the horses. She lives in downtown Indianapolis with her dog Nala.

	Joshua Myers, Programming Joshua is a second year board member and serves on the Programming Team. Joshua is the CFO at the Indianapolis VA medical center and has been there for 7 years. After graduating from the University of Charleston, Joshua helped start a non-profit in Central America that fostered family development and taught vocational skills to single mothers and orphaned children. He has been involved with the young professionals in Indianapolis starting this year with Back on Your Feet. He looks forward to serving on the board and serving the Indianapolis Young Professionals board in 2018.

	Seth Smoker, Programming Seth is a first year board member on the Programming Team. Seth is a Staff Attorney at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received a B.A. in International Relations and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Indianapolis in 2011. He received a J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2018 where he was involved with the Appellate Clinic, Guantanamo Bay Fair Trial Project, and IU Wills Program. Prior to joining Taft as a legal intern in 2015, Seth was a sales associate for a major orthopedic manufacturing company. Seth lives on the south side of Indianapolis and enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and watching sports.

	Ryan Benczik, Membership Ryan is a first year board member, serving on the Membership Team. Ryan runs a financial planning practice with Northwestern Mutual based in Indianapolis. Before starting his career in the financial world, he graduated from Culver Military Academy. After Culver, he graduated from Purdue University with a focus on biological engineering, management and entrepreneurship. When Ryan is not working, he enjoys spending his time traveling, skiing and supporting numerous charities.

	Drew Feutz, Membership Drew is a first year board member, serving on the Membership Team. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with Market Street Wealth Management Advisors. Drew graduated Summa Cum Laude from Indiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning as well as Investments. He is also a Board Member of the Indiana State University Financial Planning Advisory Board and Member of the NAPFA Genesis Committee. Drew always enjoys helping others through his profession and writing for his blog Certifiably Financial, spending time with friends, fishing and kayaking, working out at the Jordan YMCA, and watching the Pacers, Colts, and Indians win.

	Mike Lutin, Marketing Mike is a first year board member, and serves on the Marketing Team. Mike is currently the President of ACS Signs, leading daily operations and sales. After attending Vincennes University for Audio Recording Mike spent 12 years working in retail and customer service and eventually moved to Indianapolis from South Bend, IN. Mike is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with specialties in Corrective Exercise and Weight Management. Outside of work, he enjoys both playing and DJing music, meeting new people, and spending time with his husky Ganon.

	Ashley Crossland, Marketing Ashley is a first year board member of YPCI and serves on the Marketing Team and Gala Committee. She is a proud Butler Bulldog and upon graduating with degrees in Marketing, International Business, and French, she decided to make Indy her home. She is the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where she manages the firm's email communications and social media presence. In her free time, Ashley enjoys taking group fitness classes, redecorating her apartment, attending country concerts, and cheering on her Bulldogs at Hinkle.

	Keenan Evans, Marketing As a first year board member, Keenan serves on the Marketing Team. An Indianapolis native Keenan is a 2016 graduate of Indiana University. After graduating he worked as a Marketing Intern with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Upon completing his internship he accepted his current role as a Sales Manager with OnLine Transport. Outside of YPCI Keenan enjoys exercising, cooking, as well as spending time with friends and family.

	Tyler Birmingham, Sponsorship Tyler is in his first year as a board member and serves on the Sponsorship Team. He is an Auditor at Somerset CPAs and Advisors, where he specializes in working with Professional Employer Organizations around the country. As well as YPCI, Tyler is an active member of the Gold Star Referral Clubs of Indianapolis, as well as the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations. He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, staying active through basketball and golf, volunteering with various charities throughout the community and staying active in his local church.

	John Huldin, Sponsorship John is a first year board member and serves on the Sponsorship Team. John is a first-year associate at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where he practices environmental law. He received a B.A. in political science from Rhodes College in 2012. In 2011, he attended Georgetown University and received a certificate in Business and Government Affairs. John earned a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2018. John has lived all over the country, and in a previous life was a campaign fundraiser. He enjoys spending his free time on the water. John and his wife live on the north side of Indianapolis with their two dogs, Rosie and Memphis, and their new kitten, Kit.

	Josh Carpenter, Sponsorship Josh is a first year board member and serves on the Sponsorship Team. Josh is a residential real estate broker with the We Sell Indy team at eXp Realty where he helps his clients buy, build or sell the home of their dreams. Josh is a 2011 graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he majored in Marketing. Josh resides on the north side of Indianapolis. In his free time, he enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, traveling and cooking for family and friends.
